Get the support you need to thrive as a parent,
so your kids can thrive

Services

  • If you’re thinking about moving to a new area, or have recently relocated, and want to understand your options, I can help. Whether you’re looking for daycare, early learning programs, K–12 education options, co-ops, extracurriculars, sports, pediatricians, therapists, or more, I’ll curate and categorize a tailored list of resources based on your family’s specific needs.

  • Crisis or trauma can look different for every individual and family. You may feel overwhelmed if your child isn’t developing as expected, is exhibiting concerning behaviors, has been expelled, is being bullied, or is struggling with serious mental health challenges. Whatever your situation, I can lighten the load by researching, contacting providers, checking availability, and giving you quick, actionable options.

  • If you suspect or have confirmed that your child is neurodivergent or has developmental, behavioral, social-emotional, or mental health needs, I can help you map the path forward. Together, we’ll create a visual process or decision guide to make your next steps clear and manageable, ensuring you get the answers and expert input you need, without the overwhelm.

  • Struggling to locate the right services, evidence-based interventions, or reliable providers for your child’s diagnosis or suspected condition? I can help. Whether it’s ADHD, autism, dyslexia, OCD, ODD, depression, anxiety, SPD, APD, or other concerns, I’ll do the research, reach out to providers, and connect you with the therapies, programs, support groups, and networks that best meet your family’s needs.

  • Navigating the U.S. education system is challenging, especially when trying to advocate for your child’s unique needs. From early learning and child care to K–12 public or private schools, homeschooling, online programs, co-ops, or hybrid models, I’ll help you evaluate all your options. We’ll also consider critical elements like IEPs, 504 plans, accommodations, giftedness, 2E profiles, Universal Design for Learning (UDL) requests, and curated learning environments. My goal is to help you understand what your child needs to thrive – not just in one setting, but across all stages of their educational journey.

  • Sometimes, what you need most is someone who will simply listen and hold space. Parenting support can provide a reflective, judgment-free zone where you can process your experiences, set meaningful goals, and grow. While many adults seek personal therapy or professional coaching, few have a dedicated parenting coach. Together, we’ll move away from deficit-based thinking toward a strengths- and resilience-based mindset, centered on your growth as a parent and person.

  • There’s no one-size-fits-all solution. If you have a unique challenge or idea in mind, we can work together to co-create a customized plan tailored specifically to your goals and needs.
